Brake or fuel or nothing

Today I was looking around the area where I am to run my hotwire for my fp and I noticed a hard line near the e brake cable and fuel line on the left rear that's not connected to anything also on the right rear near the other 2 fuel lines there's another line that's just there wtf???? The car runs so I'm guessing it's not fuel related any info would be great, thanks

The line near the other 2 fuel lines is your Vent line. It would normally run up to the front driver side and hook up to your charcoal canister. Most get rid of the charcoal canister and shorten the line back at the tank.

Thanks I wonder did the rubber extend to the other side and that line is where it goes to the canister
