Brakes fixed...thanx Pappa Lou!

It's true, Pappa Lou does not even have to touch a GN to fix it. He spun his magic through the air waves & Viola, I once again can enjoy my black beauty without mating with someone stopped ahead of me. Shared his time & advice free of charge with a Fresno hot rodder.

Accumulator bowl or brake switch?

Almost embarrasing. At first thought was switch as had power going to it but motor not running, so replaced switch & motor still not running. So, either replacement switch no good (used), or bad motor. So (with old unit) figured out which of the 4 prongs on motor elect. connector are + & -, & rigged up "jump start" wires from batt. to attach & see if would run. Lo-n-behold, discovered that the elect. connector to motor had unsnapped, only a fraction & not really visable but worked fine after re-snapped it. Lou had explained how component works & to test elect. portions. I am really releived, now have a clean bowl & fluid, & enjoying black beauty again.

Thanks Ray, glad I could help. Yes even a flying squirrel catches an acorn once in a while. You got lucky cause these brake systems can confound the best of us. You spent money with me when I did your engine a couple of years ago.I Didn't forget that so consider this payback for your support.
