Ralph for many years you have been a loyal friend & customer.I see you give to others with your generosity & I'm glad that I had the chance to repay some of that. I hated to see that nice car sit or have someone else get their fingers in it.I always liked that car & wanted to see it run again. I'm also glad that Brent is around to help out. He's a natural mechanic & a perfectionist like myself. That's what it takes to achieve any kind of results with these cars. Keep them pizzas coming Lou

Lou-

This proves once again what kind of guy Lou really is... When I first came on this site 3 years ago, there was so much BS being slung at him from a couple of jack offs that I didn't really know what to believe. Since then I've had the pleasure of meeting Lou and, even though I was only at his shop for an hour or two, his integrity and honesty were obvious.
I had gone down to look at the '87 GN he has for sale (do you still have it btw? I am still a possible buyer), and even though he didn't know me from Adam, he told me the keys were in it and let me take it for a drive by myself... Hopefully I will own another GN or TR soon and I only hope you stick around in the business around long enough to be there to service any car I might acquire Lou...

Lou = Great guy

Brent too!
Takes two weeks off to help Lou out in the shop. Very cool!

Both these guys have been real good to me since I bought my GN.

...and Ralph....supporting our pizza fix every couple months....also a great guy.
Spoofool...geez...the list goes on.

I just want to give everyone a group hug right now....

I too have had nothing but positive experiences with Lou. He has bailed me out of quite a few sticky situations I got myself into when I worked on my car. These things include but not limited to:

1. Broken ARP head blot in block.
2. Head gaskets that I blew up.
3. New barrings for the bottom end.
ETC.ETC.ETC

Oh and lets not forget the time he let me come into his shop to use his lift for the entire day so I could pull my motor and trans. He eventually took the tools from my hands and completed the job while I just watched.
That whole thing was FREE!!!

Thanks again LOU!!!!

And THANKS BRENT for holding the garden hose while LOU was cutting the broken bolt from my block....LOL:D :D :D

Thanks but the Buick was sold. It was a real gem alright. You need to check out Ralphs Regal that i once owned & is for sale.68000 miles & a lot of upgrades about 500 h.p.& every bit as nice as the car you drove. I see how you take care of your vette & would love to see you get that Regal. His number is 714-457-6839. What ever you get count on my support & keep in touch Lou

Rafael

O O no intrese of course ok i'll pay you 1% monthly??

My motor lost the #5 rings, thanks to me driving around with bad oil after the TE-44 died, but Lou got me back on the road for another month after the 44 died. Lou replaced the turbo with a t03-t04, free turbo, free installation. He saved the day. Helped me push it to his shop and did the whole thing in an afternoon. Had the motor not died completely a month later, I never would have been given the Honda Im driving now which is what I really needed..a daily driver. 32mpg driving 90mph on the highway. 40mpg driving 70. I found a rebuilt, (exceeding factory tolerances) long block, 109 block turbo motor, fresh, for 1,030 bucks. Not if I just had the money Id get it back on the road. But I still have the bodywork to finish (almost there but the baby has ended all work on the GN for now..I find myself almost passing out while typing from sleep deprivation but dont mind) and paint. Then a detail, fix the torn seat, and Id be able to sell it for a decent price....or keep it and turn my daughter into a dirty grease monkey.
