Brakes!!!!

Well my brakes have never been as good as i want them(on a tta). Anyways they have good high speed permance or really anything above 40mph. But below they are no fun. Even at slow speeds i feel like im goin against a brick wall. The pedal is soft at first then hard as hell. To the point where it is very hard to lock the tires up. You have to really slam on them and even then its just the rear for a split second.

Is this my booster failing? How do i check it?

I did the rear brakes about 3000 miles ago and they are already at 50% in the back...

the rear wheel cylinders are frozen, or the parlking brakes are applied and won't retract.

A rock hard pedal usually means a problem with the booster.
