No they are HIGH Z .. drop right in with the stock ECM or on a aftermarket ECM

Didn't know they made any low impedance 80lb injectors. These work with stock injector drivers or the peak and hold drivers. Low z injectors only work with a modified ECM

They may not, I've been out of the Buick game for about 6 years now. When I last bought injectors the biggest you could get with the stock ECM was the mototron 60's. I don't have the stock ECU anymore, doesn't make sense to run high impedance, if you know what I mean.
