I'm going to say lesnar will win by decision. I think he will dominate and ground & pound carwin for every round. I would say he has definatly been tested, coture was definatly respectable win. Even though fedor got armbarred, fedor vs lesnar is the fight I want to see.

Brock is the man!!!! I don't know about that weak chin stuff cause he took all Shane had to through in the first round, and those were bombs. Came out in the 2nd with more energy and submitted him. Cain is next to bat. That should be a interesting fight.

i dont really think he took all shane had shane hit him one clean punch and lesnar turned into a running turtle lol. any one else and that fight wouldve been stopped.it was a good fight and carwin made a rookie mistake and punched himself out ALOT of those punches hit brocks forearms. plus brock was cut above both eyes in a bad spot. being danas boy allowed him the chance to stay in for a round 2. i gotta give lesner props for the submission though that was unexpected even though hes a purple belt in bjj. as far as brocks chin, one tap from carwin and it was almost lights out. cant wait for the rematch

This was a pretty good fight IMO, gotta give Brock props for showing some heart. Kinda surprised the fight was not stopped at one point, but I guess the champ deserves the benefit of the doubt. I'd like to see this fight again, maybe Carwin will show some restraint and not blow his wad to early on. The key takeaway from this fight for me was; the good was Brock does have heart, but the bad was he acted very Frank Mir like, it was very obvious he does not like to get punched and has a suspect chin.

Brock was still intelligently defending himself thats why it was not stopped. He ate alot punches on his back along with some pretty big elbows. He can take some heavy blows cause Carwin is as big as it gets in that division. Brock needs someone to help improve his stand up game and learn to throw better punches. Looks unorthodox throughing the overhand right. I am sure that if they fought again Brook would more then likely try to take him down quickly to avoid Shane's dominate stand up game. Good to finally see him tested with him being in trouble thou, shows some guts.

Brock has shown that training with live Grizzly Bears works, hence his bear mauling striking defense, roll into a ball and play dead, let your opponent gas out puching on you and then win in the next round... makes persfect sense

I have seen men fight like that... Don't usually take long, hard headed suckers:tongue:
While that strategy did work for Brock in that fight and gave him the win it won't help him to have a long career getting his face and head beat up like that.
He may have won the fight but he sure lost the battle if you look at both of them.
Carwin didn't sustain any real physical damage that i could see.
He needs a good trainer that will make him go every minute of 5 - 5 minute rounds then he will be able to at least have a chance to use that knockout power in the 2nd,3rd,4th,5th rounds.

All of Shane's fights never made it out of the 1st round, i'm pretty sure he was confident in taking Brock out in the 1st round and gassed out instead of pacing himself, if cane doesn't knock out Brock, i'll bet the farm that Shane will take Brock out in the rematch until then my hats off to Brock
