broke exhaust wheel on te60

I pulled my ebow off today and the exhaust whell has 5 fin that have the ends broke off, they are missing pieces about 1/4x1/4 off the ends of each one. The turbo is a te60 from what i was told.

my two questions are ,1- how bad will this kill my performance and 2- how much would it cost to put a new exhaust wheel on.
