broken switch on valve body

The electrical connection broke off (while putting in a shift kit) of the switch that hangs straight down as opposed to the one sticking out the back. What is the number for this single wire switch? The guy at the parts department didn't sound real convincing. Another guy told me that both switchs are the same. ]
Some numbers on the new one are 78 03346a
and GR 4 265
two numbers on their stickers where: 65618 and K4303D
Does this sound right?

I really need to know something by tomorrow. I need to get the motor and trans back in the car. It's still hanging from my cherry picker. I also have a day off tomorrow.

That would be the 4th gear switch. The other is 3rd. They are the same. Don/t know about part #.

hey, can someone get me a PN/place to obtain a 3rd gear switch? I would be much obliged, gotta fit the square peg of a 1227148 box into the round hole of a 700R4.
