Well I've been posting up some questions on the forum lately, this week I finally bit the bullet and bought one:

GrandNational.jpg

'87, one owner car with 56,000 miles. I'd say the picture "does it justice" It's a little rough around the edges and I think it will be a cool project for some time to come.

Congrats nice car man, enjoy!

Welcome Aboard! .............nice car..........

Hey!! Nice Grand National!! Looks just like mine! I'm very happy for you, fella, very happy. Good for you.

Now go check your savings account because it'll be emptied in about one week!!!

Seriously, congratuations, you got a nice deal. How do you like it when you floor it?

Point from me: it's now getting hot here in the eastern U.S. and turbos HATE hot air, HATE it...so you'll find out that the car WILL be slower in hot weather....BUT....

Wait until fall when the air is cool and dense.......then you'll get your bones rattled when you step on it....trust me:D Again, very happy for you. Way to go!

your wright about that he'll be broke in no time.but nice ride enjoy

Thanks for the kind words everyone.
I do have lots of stuff to work on to get the car where I want it to be but I'm not going to get too crazy into it. I've been down that road before with other cars so I know they can be a "slippery slope" and eat up lots of capital. This one is going to be a nice driver.
