Does any other car use the same motor mounts as the Turbo Buicks. I had purchased some Energy Urethane motor mts. that ended up being for the clamshell style mount. Guess the people that sold them to me didn't know what they were doing.
Does anyone have an AC/Delco part number that I can cross reference with some other car, so I can find a Urethene mount.
I know HR Parts sells then but $$$$$$$ Don.t want to spend that much for 1 mount unless I HAVE to.:(
Our Buicks couldn't of been the only vehicle that GM made with that style and size of mount.
 HELP

In the parts list on GNTTYPE site they list a different part # for a right 1255274 and left 1255273 which I couldn't get to cross on the delco site.???

Where did you get that part # from?

I've got an old 1982-90 Buick parts catalog and it shows #1258718 for RH and it doesn't show the LH:confused:

Thanks Roger but there has to be another vehicle that has the same mount as ours. Nothing against HR parts but that is my 2nd. choice right now UNLESS I can't find one.

What is the drivers side? Right or Left?

I looked on HR Parts and Stuff's website and it says their mounts replace #25504647 LH and #1258718 RH

Come on you guys, anybody else got any ideas how I can cross our mounts with mounts of another GM car???

Any GM B,C,D,G-Body with a Buick V-6 uses the same mounts. Turbos used the same mounts as NA. The only poly mounts I have seen are the HRs. Eric Fisher

Last year my car needed new mounts. I called and found them in stock at Pep Boys for about $7 each. I thought that had to be the bolt only or something. So I went in to the store and found it to be an entire mount. But here was the big problem. It was MUSHIER than the piece of sh!t I was replacing that failed! That did it for me...I went with Paul's (HR Parts) mounts. These'll be the last mounts I ever buy. Thanks Paul for a GREAT PRODUCT :D

The Buick 3.8 V6 mount does not fit any other power plant. Sorry to let you down but it is not like a chevy 350 that fits 283, 327 and so on. Only one mount. The only options that you have are stock replacements or the HR poly mounts. I chose the hr as they are virtually indistructable. You will be spending your money wisely. This is one of the issues with owning a turbo buick. Some parts have no cross reference and as such it is either the Buick Vendor aftermarket or stock replacements from aftermarket manufacturers. Mostly the the first option and yes they may not be as cheap as the brand X but since we are different why would we want to be like them?
