OK, Y'all.

Sunday April 14 is the second annual Buick Olds Pontiac show in Pembroke pines.

As far as I know, there is only one car show in South Florida that features Buicks, and this is it. I went last year (about a week after I bought my GN), to spectate, and there was only one turbo Buick (a GNX) in the show.

So, lets try to have a real big turn out for this one.

Pre-registration is only $10, so get on it.

Then plan will prolly be to meet right before the show so that we can all drive in there together so that we can scare the hell out of everyone...;)

I will post a flyer shortly, but the press release can be viewed here:

where is Pembroke Pines? Im in clearwater...but i do not have a T-Type or GN yet....but i do have a 85 Regal that im takin care of a N/A build up... id really like to go out there and it would be wild to get to follow a pack of Buicks out there.

Count me, and prolly Gabby and Roy in for sure. I will talk to them and the rest of the guys next time I see them.

Later.

jsta6, when and where is the show in Naples? I am in Fort Myers and as long as it isn't the weekend of the 20th, I will be there.

Mike

actually, I just found out that it is in Sarasota. Just south of clearwater/st pete/tampa. Should be about an hour and a half north of you.

I think they are going to have more old cars then new ones. It is sponsored by the gulf coast buick club.

The date is April 7. For info, call 941-923-8426, 941-639-2674, or 727-535-5478.

They mailed me the flyer yesterday. I will try to get it scanned in.

I know it is a bit of a haul, but there is a big show in Daytona:

Alright guy's, big day this sunday. Their should be no excusses for not being able to make this show.

Shawn, do you want to meet somewhere else and drive in together or what?

we seem to be having to hard of a time trying to get together as a group.

I think we should just plan on meeting there.

If you guys give me a head-count, I can ask them to put us all together.

Where in Pembroke Pines is the BOP show? Im from the Orlando club down here on vacation, but didnt bring the GN. Im having withdrawals already, so i'd at least like to see some while im down here.=)

Thanks, Scott

Tower Shoppes is a car cruise in with well over 500 cars. They range from a 1903 buick to a 2002 Diablo. It is easy to get to. Take 595 west to University Dr. Go south 1 block and it will be behind the row of restaurants (Miami Sub, Taco Hell, Arbys, Ale House) on the east side of university. It is a big strip mall with a Builders Square.
