I have a complete 87 55K GN drivetrain and all of the wiring(from a wrecker) all the way back to the posi rear.

I'm searching for a donor car and came accross a few candidates.

I have a shot @ a couple different 65-66 Novas, one is a four door with hardly any rust minus the drivetrain for really cheap, or a 2 door that needs a LOT of work for a few cents more. I also have a line on a 67 Skylark GS340 with a fair amount of bondo and work that has been done, but the car looks "decent" as it sits.

I see a lot of pro-street 4 doors @ the shows, anyone done a mid 60's Chevy conversion?

Any info or comments would be appreciated.

how about just getting another gn or buick turbo roller it would be cool also 55k on a motor nice can't bet that lots of life still in it..

The SMOG Nazis!

Besides, I wanna have some fun and not have to worry about what effect the mods will have on emisisons, easy access to do the mods, and cruise in cognito...

Give Kenny D. a call; he has a two door Nova (roller) that a customer wanted to convert over to accept a GN drive train. The body looked straight the last time I saw the car.

Does anybody have his contact info?

I've searched and can't seem to find any info...:(

Anyone ever hear of a TB engine going in a old Metropolitan? That might be interesting.

Would be cool with the power-6 logo in the center of the grill and hub caps. Might need to beef up the stock rear end just a bit.;) It couln't be too much of a death trap? Could it?

Hey Eric , pass along the contact info on the early nova's if you don't pick them up. Wayne

1963 Skylark Donor!

I checked out a 63 Skylark 2 door a few hours ago and although it was damn near sanded clean and the trim, bumpers, and grille in the car...she was purtay with little or no rust!

Anyone dealt with late sixties to early 80's drivetrains in "Y" body rides?

Looks like plenty of room for the evil six once the aluminum V8 comes out...
