Built Tranny question?????

i have a built tranny in my gn and it shifts pretty damn hard. i've had shift-kits and etc before but nothing like this. just crusing around town the shifts throw your neck back. it also seems that crusing around town you have to get off the gas a lil to get it to shift into od. i really haven't driven the car hard since owning it, but i got on it on the interstate and i noticed kind of a bogging feeling which i believe is the trans not shift into od as well. what are your suggestions on this situation? all comments would be great.

Do you know what brand Shift Kit?
Have you tried loosening the TV cable a click or 2?
Does the trans shift at the correct rpm or late high rpm shifts?

don't know the brand. i wanna say late high rpm.

TV cable too tight will cause hard/late shifts & can cause no shift.

never dealt with the tv cable before... how do i adjust this

Just another thing too: If you are using any sort of aftermarket throttle body if may or may not throw the geometry of the cable off. It's very critical to have the TV cable set up properly.
