bumper light assembly with bulb housing 3 wires

need a passenger side or driver side bumper light bulb assembly its where the bulb fits into and has three wires that come out of it..im not talking about the light housing im mean where the bulb fits into where you have to turn the bulb a 1/4 of a turn and it will lock it has three wires coming out of i think its black wire brown wire and a blue wire.

Do you need the wiring harness or the actual orange lense?
