Bumpy Transmission

Hello, my transmission shifts nicely from 1rst gear if I accelerate gently, but if I accelerate strongly then I fell a sudden and forceful bump when the car shifts from 1rst gear.

I wonder if this is at all normal or a sign of some problem that I should address.

I would appreciatte any insights in this respect.

Trans mount? Rear suspension component loose? Might check those.
