Looks like a very nice well taken care of car. Good luck with the purchase and do be careful.

WELCOME PIGRIM!!!
It looks like a descent buy, but the price seems a little steep. You would be getting a low mileage car that looks like it has been well cared for. Just remember to do a lot of reading on this site before lighting-off that turbo. There is a great deal of learning on your part to keep it running properly and prevent it from grenading. This is not to scare you, but to make you an educated, happy, gn owner!

If everything is on the up and up that car is in the $17-$18K range 22K is a bit steep. I would question the 500hp statement.
No Alky, check to see if the reciepts from the machine shop state the parts used for the build, check the suspension, find out what kind of chip is in there. The biggest thing to watch from places like Craigslist and ebay. People get problems with their cars for example bad tune, have a leak somewhere vacuum or oil car runs like sh*# people quit on the cars and they wind up sitting in their garage for a few years. Then one day they wake up and want to sell the car for the weight in gold!!! Not saying this is that car but just beware when you are buying from strangers. Unless they give you good candy!!

Mmmm candy. Haha. Yeah I thought it was a little steep. I was going to offer him 17. Kind of rethinking that one though. I'd almost rather find a stock one and do everything myself that way I know exactly what has been done to it.

I would seriously doubt the 500+ HP that the guy is claiming as well ....

There is a very nice moonroof car for sale on this board that would be worth checking out.
Good luck, do your homework, ask a member to check a car with you, there are lots of guys on here that will help you out so you don't end up regretting what you bought.
