I feel the opposite for bwash44,.... I had a verbal agreement to purchase his rims & tires, and was in the process to collect the money, and I sent him some $$ for the shipping, but the same day I sent him $$, another individual had sent him the whole $$ without letting bwash44 know, and he decided to sell it to him instead of me.
Maybe it was because the second buyer was local, or maybe bwash44 didn't want to ship them, either way, I had a bad experience with him.
Now, I am waiting for my money back.

I was in line first and bwash44 should of honored me and he had asked me if I wanted them, I said "Yes", so then he sells them to someone else locally.
Either way, that was wrong of him, and should of honored "Our" verbal agreement.

Talk is cheap anyone could say they were gonna send the money the other guy said he was sending the money and i recieved it a day bfore i recieved yours and he sent the whole amount , and your money will be sent today i do not want to keep your money bc i do not need it i also told u to cancel your transaction which u didnt so dont make me out to be the bad guy!!!!

Your not a bad guy at all, You and i were in constant communication about the rims,...and you should of said that the guy had sent you the money before I did, you contacted me the same day I sent you the money and you stated that the guy never called you again, and then you noticed that he sent you the money that same day.

I was hoping you would honor my commitment first, but you didn't. Eitherway, what's done is done.

In the end, they were your items to sell whomever you wanted to.
