Tried e-mailing you several times and got a trace route that showed they made it to you. Called you twice yesterday, one time at the shop where your employee took my name and said he would have you call back then again later on your cell where I left a message. Maybe someone will see this and let you know if your lines of communication aren't working. You had said I owed you for the trunk section and wheel wheel section I got right before I parted my car out. Figure out the difference of what it is I owe you for those and what you owe me for the cars:

It's been 1 1/2 months waiting so let's end on a solid note since I am out of the Buick scene now.

I found the cars, signed a tentative bill of sale with the seller, put a $500 deposit down on them, had the seller move them from the road, contacted Brian about them, went back for pictures, sent them to Brian, arranged a pickup date after Brian okayed the $1000 finder fee for turning them over to him, met with Brian and the seller to let ownership go to Brian the day he took delivery. Hope this explains it.

First let me apologize about my language. I was pretty pissed yesterday morning.Those of you know me know I do not get like that unless there is something wrong.

Basiclly I felt the other party wasn't keeping up his side of the deal & after reading I realize everything that led up to this wasn't disclosed.

I was misled as to where the $1k was going. He was handed $1k cash that day then expected another $500. I thought it was $500 for his deposit then another $500 finder's fee. After his payment I was told "I want another $500."

Yes I was caught a little off guard. He was about to lose $500 then expected a $1k finder's fee.He did not have the time or $.This is even posted in his link.
Most I think would be happy to just recover their $. Real happy to get an extra $500.Sorry we do not pay $1k finders fees for cars.

When he said he expected the other $500 he agreed to "Hook me up" on other NOS items. That never happened

He need his parts asap.Didn't want to pay the extra shipping.I left the parts at my home to pick up. They sat there for 2 weeks.

I'm asked to sell his car which I had a buyer he then sold it for less $500 then he had to have from me.I had a buyer & wasn't told it was sold.Another waste of my time.

Then asked to ship a motor & he would pay the difference. I was getting it shipped for half of what he was quoted.Told him he could meet me at my home so he wouldn't have to drive that far.But that was another waste of my time.

After our conversation today I realize Jesse is worth $333.33 an hour & my time is free.Countless questions,running around & shipping items in the past & free parts.Worth absolutely nothing."I'm getting out screw everyone attitude" is how he valued an extra $500.This is my opinion only.

The $ was an issue & how it was transpired. Every time we tried to discuss it was "It's not my fault" & "I don't remember that" or dead silence.
We have reached an agreement & a lesson well learned.

My turn. When I called you the day I found the cars I tol you explicitly on the phone "I want $1000 for both as a finders fee" for them and that I had a deposit on them and a bill of sale plus they were away from the road now. You agreed and we met up later for you to pick them up. When you arrived your story changed and you said you would give me my $500 deposit back, $500 now and $500 in two weeks but you had bills and other stuff to take care of. I waited and waited of course. As for not having the time I sure didn't. I was in the middle of parting my car so I was busy as hell.... still am! I had it worked out though that if you didn't take them then and there I would have them held until I freed room up for them.
Now you are really confused on the parts. I asked you if you wanted the rear tails I had and you said you would pay $75 a piece for them because you could get them for that. Well I am not going to take pennies on the dollar for them. I never gave you a list or agreed to sell you all my NOS stuff. I merely said we could work out a deal on some of the stuff if it was REASONABLE!
As for the rear section of metal I got off you no I didn't want to pay $40 to have a 4 foot section of metal shippped to me. You also cut out a piece of trunk for me that was not the right size and was unusable. I shouldn't even get charged for it. I still went down and grabbed them. This has nothing to do with you owing me money other than I owed you for one trunk section with no shipping. You said you had $60.00 in man labor for the piece. Fair enough, knock it off what you owe me.
As for the car I can't trust a darn thing you say. You didn't show me any money to buy it and I had a deal worked out with Jake. Glad I went that direction!
As for the motor that was my last try at getting the basically $400 you owed me out of you. I figured if he won't pay me I will get him to ship this and be close to even. After you e-mailed me and called me *******, don't hold your breath and everything else I figured that is your way out so I found my own shipping which was 2 miles from my house and cheaper BTW.

My time isn't worth $333/hour but you agreed before hand to the $1000 fee for both cars so look at it as you make $5000 or more off $1000 and not by how much time, gas, pocket money I had in getting it done.


Dead silence is because I can't talk over you rambling on over meaningless stuff that has nothing to do with you owing the money. I don't believe I read it anywhere here that you didn't.... Right??? Okay then.

The total last straw was when I tried to call you today to see what I owed you for the one piece of metal and to get a total of what you owed me so we could be done. I got the same excuse as the other day when I AGREED to let you go for just $100 instead of the $400 I think you still owe me. When I said Pay-Pal me now you said the computer isn't working. I said then does your pen work just send a check. Your next words were my fists work and I will kick your ass which at that point I said see you in Court and hung up. You called 5 minutes later, got my Pay-Pal address and Pay-Pal'd me the $100. Funny how your computer all the sudden started working again. I still feel you owe me $300 more but you can't get blood out of a stone. I will cut my losses and learn a lesson from this. You have taught me much of how to CYA on deals, things to not let people do to you involving any transaction and how to settle them when it goes South. At this point I am out the money but feel the principal of what I was after has occured.


To the guys dealing with BWeavy on parts. Pay the shipping. All of it! Never let him ship anything for you free or take $5 and $10 parts from him. It will get thrown in your face later even if it was no big deal at first. If he is about to send you something make sure you get the exact total and send it ASAP so it can't be hung over your head. No Jesse that is you trying to justify $333.33 an hour. If you had the $ & there was such a large profit on this deal your cheap ass would of done it Bottom line.

Phil told me he street raced the car for 2 yrs. and tire spin broke the crank. If he was unhappy he wouldn't have gotten a quote on a rebuild.
