CA smog check question

I need to know how much the mods on my car will affect smog. I passed my last CA smog check easily two years ago. Since then I have added max ported iron heads with 1.77 valves and a Comp 206/206 cam. I will also be running the 3" cat that came with my THDP. This cat worked great for me last time, but I know there is some controversy over whether it is actually the "right" cat for CA emission requirements. Is the head and cam upgrade likely to cause me problems?

P.S.

I do plan on replacing plugs with fresh AC42TS's and installing a new 02 sensor because of that leaded 114 octane that "accidentally" got into the tank.

What cam was in it before? The comp has quite a bit of lobe center. But members have passed withthis cam before. Does the EGR system work?
