HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, hummm what Woody said. there was one cat that said he could do it but it cost a guy a motor! let limited do it!

Lost Motor

John Craig at Limit!!!

I was the one who lost a motor due to a faulty builder, Joel Britt at Arizona Turbo and Tractor supply. Avoid him like the plague.

If you drop it by Nick's house he can send it out for you.

i had two turbos built by joel, and they worked great. how did a turbo cost you your motor?

turbo

just had to build mine because of a local putz here in nashville that tried twice...my bad...never again will someone local touch a turbo...great advice...never used john craig but take there advice....

Turbo trouble

Dr. Boost
The turbo that he rebuilt for me and another in our club lasted approx 30 miles on my car and around the block on my friends car. On both turbos the center section came apart and the car lost oil pressure. Happened so fast that I didn't have time to shut her down and ended up wiping the mains and the cam bearings and ruined a 10-10 crank. I didn't even see 15 lbs of boost on the turbo. The turbo was sent to John Craig and later sold. My friends turbo made it around the block before loosing oil pressure. Lucky for him I had just experinced this and we towed the car home and pulled the motor, he got away with new bearings, lucky bastard. When I asked Joel for help with the repairs he claimed no responsibility, typical b.s. from someone who doesn't stand behind his work. I would remove any turbo that he built and have it checked by a expert before it costs you a motor. John send me back the parts that he used and explained why the turbo failed so quickly, he even took the time to write me a letter to use in my small claims case against Joel.

joel britt

hello
i have been reading this thread and must say that Joel has been building by units for quite some time and i have never ever had a problem with any of the turbos that he built for me or provided me parts to rebuild them myself after he gets it all ballanced

take care

Well I sent the turbo to limit .on monday I got it back on friday. turns out the wrong seals were put in the turbo at turbonetics, they had installed dynamic seals where a carbon seal should have been. see how it works now that i am not sucking oil through th whole induction
