Cam shaft identification

I just picked up a stock 109 block and it has a brand new cam in it but I can not find out any info as to manufacture or specifications. The block has been sitting in a garage for 5 years and the owner has no info? I would like to know what it is maybe I can use it on my next build.

These are the only outer numbers on the cam. I can tell it did come from CWC foundry.

I assume by the stampings its a 252/252 .440 lift which is commonly known as a 206/206.
Comps flat tappets has one like that.

On this cam in our motors just a good mild upgrade from stock?

Its usually a one step up cam, so yes a good mild upgrade. As the Summit page said power from 1000-4800 RPM
