Cam upgrade

Need info on cam upgrade and emissions! Planning on upgrading turbo to a 61.5 from works, but the website says they work well with upgraded camshaft etc. So I'm in CA and have to go through smog testing so wondering if the upgrade will cause a failed test, also what would be a good cam upgrade!?
