what cam do you guys think is best . i'm putting ported irons on my car and i want to change the cam and timing chain while i have the motor apart. my car is mosty stock except 3in single exshust and a cone filter probalby gonna upgrade the turbo and ingectors this winter.

I went with a 204-214 cam, heard nothing but good things about it.

If you go on the turbobuicks.com board, you can find a guy named frankG, that I bought it off of. Many guys run his cam. I think it was 79.00.

I really like the Comp 212-212 I'm running now. I'm not a big fan of the 204-214 and I've run 5 different cams. It seems everyone else loves it though.

depending on your goals for your car speed and power, if you want above stock, good pep, and so on, get the 204-214, or the comp 206-206/212-212....Those are really good upgrades from stock. They are all decent choices, but you gotta set goals, otherwise, you'll be tearing the motor apart again and again. With mild porting, I would go with the 204-214....with a full port of the intake and heads, I heard nothing but good things about the comp cams.
