Anyone ever used a 244-244 comp, roller cam?
if so what is the pros and cons,?
thanks oc,

Is this a solid? What is the L/S? I used to run a 248/248 and it made big top end but you had to shift it pretty high 7700 or so and finding the right converter was tough. Converters are much better now and I am sure Dusty can get that one right pretty quick. I would do it if I had one in my hand. If I had to order it there are other things I would use.

Mike, lobe separation is 110 lobe lift .366 .366
seat duration at .020 280 280
is a hyd cam,
i installed solid lifters as the valve spring pressure at installed hight is
275 lbs
i have had this cam for five or six years and never used it,
i run a 242-242 cam in my stage two with stage 2 heads with a ptc T/C
from dusty,
i hurt the engine, so i had this champion head stage engine sitting here
so i decided to install it , i still use the old school 88 turbo
so i figured the T/C may be close,
thanks oc,

Its not perfect but I would try it for sure condidering it is already in the motor. I gave Cal my old solid cam for that style head years ago to try in his car but he never put it in. Give him a call and see if he still has it, if he does put that one in. He got it free you should too :) 248/248 .670/.670 with 1.65 rocker
