My question is rocker ratio and how it affects the choice of camshaft. Through the forums, I know that depending on what you have obviously will help determine what cam you want, but it's unclear to me what the ratios mean on rockers.
Here's what I have:
Build trans with Art Carr "o" stall 32-3400 stall
6766 CEA billet wheel turbo
Siemens 55# injectors with modded ECM
TT chip for alky +91octane gas
MAF translator plus
Razors alky
TA headers, 5"dp and 4" exhaust
RJC FMIC
Stock low mile rebuild on the motor with stock heads
255 fuel pump with Hotwire
FP regulator
RJC boost controller
373 rear end gears
And some sweet a$$ valve stem caps!

What I want to do:
Install a set of ported GN1 aluminum heads (currently have)
Install 1.65 Chevy style roller rockers (also currently have)

Several of my friends suggest to go to the 218/218 comp flat tappet cam, which they run on their cars and have had good success.
Weber racing, however, suggests doing a 206/212 cam because of the 1.65 ratio, they say it will be more street friendly, and I don't need that large of a cam because of the rockers that I intend to install.

My goals are to have a car the ideally would hit 10.99 (bragging rights lol) but realistically low 11s reliably at 4300ft elevation (slc, ut) so do I choose a smaller cam, or the 218/218 like my peers recommend?
I would like to stick to flat tappet due to cost for this motor.
