Trying to figure out a real world value on a NOS GM TTA Crossdrilled Crankshaft.

Crank is new and never installed.

This would be the same updated crankshaft sold over the counter by GM for a Turbo Regal as of 1990 timeframe.

Here is my thought, a used stock, standard crank sells for ~$350, new forged stock stroke cranks are available from $500-800, but it is internal balance. A forged external balance crank is $899.

So from that info, you could determine an asking price.
