Can anyone tell from this PL file why my 120's are maxing out?

fuel pressure rising ok?

Filter clean and clear?

what wb sensor are you using?

Pressure is rising though slightly erratic in this log. Filters are clean. Innovative WB.

Dang it - I can see by the size it's only the title  . I'll have to post it correctly when I get home tonight.

Yep. That one works.

The simple answer to your question (why are 120's maxing) the fuel pump is not keeping up for one reason or another. As the afr's lean out the tracking in the tpro adds fuel resulting in higher injector duty cycle. Any compensation in the high tune raises idc.

Things look better since we cleaned the filters but idc still on the high side. The fuel pressure gets erratic under pressure further leading us toward fuel pump.

It would be nice to bolt a different pump in and see what happens. Another thing that might help is a boost a pump or running a second pump. o_O

I kinda think that 45 degree fitting by the rail may be a little restrictive. It looks to be 3/8" OD at best, maybe even 1/4" OD. Also I have a new rail on the way with a minimum of .390 at the fitting which is 56% better than the 1/4" saginaw. When I get that rail I am going to look into a different fitting for the transition to the rail and see how that pans out. Will it help - IDK. Will it hurt - Nope.
