Can anyone tell if this ecm is modded?

It looks to have been opened up before, there is white paste on some of the parts. Pics below.

After searching some old post Im 99% sure it has been modded for peak and hold injectors and the CS 452 drivers are correct. Leaving this up for anyone to confirm and for informational purposes.
