can i use teflon tape on turbo oil line?

just finished installing my te44 and the oil feed line (the pipe fitting on the top of the turbo) leaks like a faucet. can i use teflon tape on the threads into the turbo?

Sure you can,,teflon tape is used to lubricate the threads in a sence,,and seal somewhat...try it may work

The GM teflon thread sealer paste in a tube would work too.

Your local auto parts should have teflon sealer in a tube, probably by Loctite, besides Loctite is the company that fills the tubes for GM.

Yes you can...but be SURE you do not get any tape protrusion into the oil stream. If a piece came off it would almost certainly get caught between the turbine shaft and it's bearing...which would be a bad thing
