Can peeling paintbe fixed economically?

I'm sick...the 69,000 mile creampuff I bought a year and a half ago is shedding its color in large bubbled flakes...WTF!
How to I even begin to address this one?????????????
(White over Platnum ...1995 PA/SC...white paint is flaking.)(wife is freaking!....her car..)

Sounds like your car was improperlly sanded.

Bottom line it wasn't done right.

Common. Especially if rush or not cleaned before painting.

Won't stick to smoot or grease areas.Bet it's not the whole car.

But rather spots.Could be wrong.Don't think so.

Anyway car needs to be sanded in these areas.And re-shot.

Jeez....I really hope I' wrong.You said it had pearl in it?

Going to be a B%^*#h to match.
