Can powder coating look like Chrome,,See pics

Is he mistaking this for Chrome or is there a new powder coating that looks like chrome ..

I would've assumed they were polished and then powdercoated clear.
Haven't heard of a chrome powder yet. Maybe I'm wrong though

Yeah, there is chrome like powder available...see Eastwood's site. I have used it...it is more like polished aluminum than chrome but still pretty nice.

Those sure look like chrome, tho
