......tell me if the blue wire on the car's harness has 7 Volts? i'm trying to find the reason for my no start condition.
yesterday on the way home from the McChicken store, i blinked a code 41. the camsensor is GM and only a few months old. needless to say, i've got a car that won't restart.
since the blue wire is suposed to lose voltage when in front of the window, i thought my sensor was "stuck high". turns out, when i unplug it, the blue wire stays hot. i even unplugged the ECM and it was hot. i'm trying to read wiring diagrams on GNTTYPE.org, but i've yet to find a page with the cam sensor on it. does anybody know where the blue wire runs to? i allways ASSumed that it went to the ecm.
this sucks, i'm suposed to pick a friend up at the airport in atlanta at 11am tomorrow, and my damn car want's to pull this crap.
