Can you check interior electronics without an engine harness?

What i am asking is how I can supply power to the dash, gauge cluster, doors, windows, seats, etc without an engine harness (which has the battery terminals) in the car to see if everything is working properly. I did a frame off, and I am now putting everything back together, and would like to check the digital dash, seats etc...

Allow me to rephrase... Is there a location where in the fuse box or somewhere where i can supply a 12 volt power supply, and get my dash, doors, etc to work?

Try connecting a battery to the terminal marked "BAT" on the fuse block.
