I just took a converter out of my gn. I was told it was a stall converter by the person i bought the car from. It is big id say 10 or 11" and it isnt painted, it has a shiny finish its not rounded like most converters you see but its kind of squared off and it has a marking all around the perimeter like the letter "V"
Thanks for any help identifying this thing.

sounds like a..

Sounds like a billet 9X11. If it has scallops ( V's) around the outside. Just a guess.

IS IT ANY GOOD? I REPLACED IT WITH A CHANCE.
THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE.

Its shiny silver, when he said billet that makes sense, when it sits on floor the top is rounded like a reg converter but middle is kinda flat and its got v v v v v around the perimeter.
I bought a neil chance off my friend that was brand new and i knew it was perfect for my application and he wrecked his car and it came in a package deal.
