can't read Powerlogger files

I've successully installed my PL on the vehicle and thought I successfully installed the ALL the software.

The console is connecting and monitoring the vehicle correctly, but once I save a file and go back to open it I can't.

I get a message that askes if I'd like to search the web or chose a program to open it with. I have search all over my PL older for the software and have had ne luck.

Open the powerlogger program.

Go to the config download page.

Click (L Load)

Select the file from the pop up widow.

That should do it.
