My wife ordered a hood insulator for my birthday in early July. We haven't heard anything from them regarding the purchase. Several attempts at calling the company have turned into unanswered phone calls. Does anyone know of a contact person where I might get some info?

I dealt with Allen Faircloth and then Rich Vant Hoff at Car Motorsport with my ripped car cover replacement via e-mail...definitely a little slow to respond but eventually they did take care of my warranty replacement.
