car rpms are around 2000 hot or cold

car runs 1800 rpm hot or cold just put engine in. I found no vac leaks ,and I have no scan master. I did notice that if I start to put my hand in front of map sensor car rpms start to lower. could it be mass air sensor? I sprayed carb cleaner to find leaks no change. I sprayed alittle in toward air filter and car rpm went down

Is the IAC stuck open?

I took it out ,and it was all the way out tried to press in spring didn't move. does that mean anything?

I cleaned the throttle body when I had engine apart about 2 weeks ago. I cleaned it with water and engine cleaner. Can that damage sensors?? I took out injectors to clean and paint intake the o rings looked good could they be sucking air? I didn't replace o rings with new ones . I sprayed carb cleaner around injectors no change...
