car is running high rpm hot or cold. I try to adjust torx screw no change . I noticed that when my hand gets close to frt of mass air sensor rpm goes down . I don't have a scan master.

Ur IAC ( idle air control valve) can be stuck all the way open..it screws into the underside of throttle body. Take it out and see where the pintle position is. Or plug the hole it screws into and see if it idles at all.

I cleaned the throttle body in water and engine cleaner when I had engine apart 2 weeks ago. Could that damaged the sensors?

It could have. The IAC could have carbon on the pintle and/or seat that lets extra air in. The cruise control cable can be too tight not letting the throttle close the entire way too.

Do you have a stock flex MAF hose with a hole in it or an aftermarket solid one?

after market on hose, the throttle goes all the way back to torx screw, and I pressed on throttle didn't move any

If you had the IAC in the throttle body when u washed it consider it dead now.. Try putting a plastic plug in the IAC hole, it shouldn't idle at all. Or you have a huge vacuum leak like PVC valve disconnected?

so I need new iac if I plug hole and it don't run<and do I need a new tps?? the tps got a bath to..

Oh boy! Yes TPS also...if you plug it and it doesn't run that means the IAC is bad..hope this helps.

you need to remove the IAC and inspect the pintle and seat for carbon. If there's crud in there, that is most likely your problem. Other issues are a vacum leak from the throttle blade shaft, TB gasket, plenum gasket and the usual intake manifold leaks.

There's a chance you're about to spend more money shotgunning parts than a scantool costs (that will tell you where to look)

Like Earl said you need to buy a Scanmaster and figure out which sensor is out of line otherwise your just going to waste money throwing parts at it.
