Still have a problem with cold starting. After 2 or 3 start and stalls, the car runs fine. When warm, the car runs fine.
Fuel pump primes for 1-2 seconds everytime.
Fuel pump runs after key is removed from column for an additional 10-15 seconds only when the stalling occurs.
I have a spare TPS im going to thow on it tomorrow.
Any other suggestions? seems indicative of a bad MAF, but dont have one. Didnt have the problem with the old TT chip.

So is there a different chip in it now than TT? Which one?

Log it and see what the A/F is doing. You might need to do some tuning on cold start or idle fuel.

Ok, then make a new log of the stalling occurrence happening. Maybe we can see what's happening.

Eric

Sure. I changed the TPS and unplugged the orange connector to the bat.
Started car and it did same thing. Its warm now, but I will let it cool off and log it tonight.

Started it cold this morning. Heres the stalling issue in this log. It died twice in this log

Notice today my idle seems a little rough when hot in drive. Not alarming, but not silky smooth.

I would guess that it's too lean. I see that you have overall fuel up to 140, is there a reason for that?
I would set that to 128, then tune the hot idle to idle around 12.5-13.0 a/f, then see how cold start is. If cold start is still too lean, then add cold start fuel.

I backed the overall FP to 128 and adjusted it manually to 43 line off. Then reset cold start to 128. Bam!!!! car starts and runs the first time! thanks Eric
