I think he will be found guilty since he went after them, maybe they were defending themselves. Still the theif got what he deserved.

People have gotten off the hook for "worse", check out the story of lawrence storer. Guy robs him while hes sitting in his truck. He turns on his truck and finds the robber 4 blocks away and proceeds to run him down and kill him. The jury found him not guilty (finally, some justice)

It will be ridiculous if the guy that did the stabbing gets in trouble or convicted

People are FED UP with this type of sh*t and juries realize it. I for one would not find him guilty in any way whether he chased them or not. As far as the age issue, if he is old enough to steal and be a bad azz then he is old enough to get exactly what he got. It is sad to say but hopefully the more this type of thing happens the less we will see people theiving and carjacking.

I try to be prepared at all times. I always bring my friend LOUIE ( louieville slugger) with me in the GN just in case of that. And if the theif doesnt ko whats its for i have the words SAY GOOD NIGHT written across the barrel.
