Carb Question

Now the guy who won decided he can't use it and want to sell it to me. I do have another Q-jet to provide replacement parts for those that are missing., and I plan on doing a full rebuild.

It's listed as a 1980 Turbo Riviera carb, 17080242. I know the Turbo Riviera set-up was a little bit different, but wouldn't the Power Enrichment system work the same? Does anyone think I should NOT use this carb with a 1980 RWD Turbo set-up, and why?

It would still use the same Power Enrichment. The only difference I could think of would be some of the minor vacuum ports. If you have a 1980 Shop Manual, look for vacuum diagrams to compare.
