i bought a stock location cas v4 but i am missing the right side bracket and hardware
i have been unable to locate either
does anyone have a copy of the parts or know what parts i will need to make it work
i saw that the precision stock location intercooler has very similar brackets
does anyone know if they would work?

thanks

Mike,
I believe Kip (this is his username) makes them.
You could send him a PM. People have been talking about him in the feedback area.

I Have Been Trying To Get A Hold Of Kip For A Month Now With No Luck ?
Any Idea On How I Can Contact Him?

A Friend Of Mine Has The Pricision Stock Location And The Brackets Look Almost Identical From What I Saw On Some Pictures
( What The Bracket And Harware Should Look Like)

Any Comments Or Ideas Would Be Appreciated
Thanks

I got one from him after my original one broke. Nice piece and good price. You won't be disappointed with it.
And, it still allows enough room to run one of the long oil filters.

Im guessing we're talking about this bracket and hardware?

BTW, this is not mine, its just a picture I took from the for sale section.

...........any recomendations?

Yes, make one out of steel so it will not break like the original alum ones do!:)

I installed the V-4 pro-type back in 1999, and many others after that. All the ones on local cars had had that bracket crack or break over the years.

My original one broke too

The replacement I got is a much better piece. Do a search and I believe you will easily find a replacement.

I had a V4R and I didn't even use that weak bracket. I bought a piece of 6061 t-6 aluminum and used the original for a template.. You can cut it with a plasma or jig-saw for that matter. Take a little time and it will work great. Good luck with your endeavor.
