,what they need to do is put up posters of her child in her cell and run dvds of her daughter non stop until she cracks,poor little girl![]()

No. It's going to be a tough one to prove 'beyond a resonable doubt'. No body, no confession and very little evidence of any kind.

There's probably a lot of evidence we don't know about. But, what has been proven among other things:
University of TN body farm (yes we actually have a body farm here) forensic experts have proven that a decomposing human body was in her trunk. Those fluids are still being tested for DNA remains.
One of the child's hairs as also found there. The testing to determine if it was deposited pre-mortem or post-mortem is still underway. Or they may already know that, which might have prompted them to go the the Grand Jury.
oops! the news stations over here said that she was being tailed by the detectives and that she had violated the terms of her bail by leaving the county, i hate sounding like one of those old gossiping ladies thanks
