Caspers heated 02 sensor?

Ok I purchased a Caspers heated 02 because it's plug and play and I hear it's better than the standard. Is there any changes that will take effect? Do I install it and forget it?

Just install it and forget about it! Be sure t wipe anti sieze on the threads tough.
