Casper's CCCI ignition simulator for 86/87. Tests both coil and module. Works well, will test GM / Delco components and most aftermarket ignition modules that adhere to the Delco standard. Some off brands will not test, others will test if you tap the power clip to the battery terminal as to simulate rapidly applying / removing power. If the simulator fires the coil, it will continue to do so at that point. I discovered this while performing my own tests. Nothing wrong with the tester, just believe this tricks the aftermarket module since it's not 100% compliant with the standard.
