Catalytic Converter Used

I have a Poston 3" Direct fit Converter I took off my GN after I removed the Poston 3" downpipe. It has the four bolt flange so it mounts up to the rear exhaust pipes easily. Has only been used for 5k miles. I removed it because it was too long with the THDP. It has been cut on the downpipe side about an inch because I could not seperate the downpipe and has some rust on the heat shield. Part number is PE8941236. I paid $189. How about $60 plus shipping $15. Can get pics if interested.
