Finally installing my new exhaust and I want to install the cat hanger as well but I'm not sure how to go about this the right way or easiest method I see the 2 bolts where I will b mounting it but not sure how to go about it ? Do I remove the 2 bolts then carefully jack up the end of the transmission to slip in the cat hanger? Or do I need to loosen the whole rubber mount on the crossmember and the 2 bolts? Any tips suggestions are greatly appreciated thanks

Theres a plate at the end of the transmission that hangs out, slide the rubber strap over it and bolt it down. You will probably have to drill out the factory rivet on the end of that plate. I just got done doing this.

Hey turbojd what plate are u talking about? Am I missing this plate lol or am I just not seeing it ? I thought the cat hanger plate went between the transmission and that L plate with the rubber on it by removing the 2 bolts to slip in between? Am I looking at this all wrong? Hope this pic helps what I'm trying to ask and say
