I know this must have been asked a 1000 times but will a cd unit from say a 95-2000 Camaro full sized Buick etc. fit in a GN? If so is there an adaptor or something that's needed to link the new with the old? If so what's it called and where can you get it?

yes and no.depending on year of newer delco,you might be able to swap mounting brackets,or modify brackets.(better to modify radio than car)physical size of radios are same.you will need a wiring harness and a ant. adaptor.a good local car stereo shop should have or be able to order from a company called METRA.

it WILL fit,just how much are you willing to modify the camaro radio?doesnt the camaro radio have yellow lettering?i can look up those metra part #'s if you want them.....

95-2000 camaro radio WILL fit. You need a 12-21 pin adapter to make it work with your OEM wiring. http://store.yahoo.com/electronman/par1612to21p.html

Not if you have one with the side mounting tabs already there. It'll bolt RIGHT IN
