For those who have a cell phone or had a cell phone who do you think has the best customer service?

with sprint you always have to wait a little bit longer to talk to someone but for me at least they have always taken care of any problem of mine in to time flat no questions asked

I don't know who has the best service but I can tell you who has the worst........ VERIZON!!!

The problem with this survey is....most who have voted, picked the service they currently have. I doubt many have experienced more than 1 or 2 different carriers, making their choice "biased". I think the question should have read...."Who do you have your cellular service with?"

who cares about customer service, I care about reception, and for NY, nothing beats Verizon.

They all SUK!

We have a plan that said free after 9pm.
GOT a HUGE bill??? I made all my calls after 9pm.

now you have to call CS to hammer it out..

I am stuck with Verizon as my home sevice carrier. Thank god they arent the only cell service around here, or I would rather have no cell at all than use them.
Once I moved into my new place, it took them nearly 2 months to setup my home phone. And thats after the original install date. If my cell worked in this place (mobile home) I would never have bothered.
God help anyone who doesnt have a choice besides Verizon!

For my cell, I use a pre-paid service. I have used Trac-fone for more than 2 years now, and I have been completely satisified with their customer service.

You didn't get my wife on the phone then.:)

Every company has its ups and downs, but verizon does have the best customer service of all the major carriers. They just won the JD Power award for having the best customer service . They've won it a few years in a row.

I love verizon for the north east area.
Recently my cell was just turning off for no reason while on standby. I went to a local Verizon center and told the rep what was happening. Expecting to have to buy a new cell. He very confidently told me it was my battery. I told him I can talk for 2 hours on it and have a 2nd battery that does the same thing. He went in the back and brought out a new battery. Said now you have a new battery...no charge. The phone was more then a year old. Thats customer service!
BTW..It was the battery.:)

PS...Don't charge your battery over nite..5 hours max...

Now thats what I'm talking about. Good customer service.

About a year and a half after having my service through T-Mobile (at the time it was VoiceStream), I dropped my phone and the battery got loose. This caused intermittant power loss shutting off the phone. I called CS and they asked what the problem was and I told them. A couple of days later, I recieved a brand new phone and battery along with a prepaid mailer for me to send back the "broken" phone. This was all at no charge! So I guess T-Mobile also cares about customer service! I've had my service through T-Mobile for 3 1/2 years now and dont plan to switch.

WEll, in Ohio... EW have has US Cellular, AT&T, Nextel, And Srpint. By far AT&T has had the best Service area coverage for allin my family. I am the only one with it now because my mom is stuck with US Cellular who is not keeping up with what they said. NExtel does not hav3e the sevice area they claim to have. I was lucky enough to have everyone elses bad experiences to make my decision on. The sevice went out in the area where my Finace lives because they had a partnership with Alltel to handle that area. IT has since be fixed, but one call to AT&T got me an apology and a credit for one month free sevice. Can't beat that.

Shows accountability on Nextels part.
