Center Section

Does anybody know which bolts I loosen to spin the Center Section of a TE-44 so I can get the oil drain tube lined up better to stop leaking.

if I understand you correctly, you would need to loosen the comp housing bolts and the turbine housing bolts to be able to spin the center section of any turbo.
